Please kindly note that the Shipping & Delivery Declaration is for reference, the actual shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated based on the real circumstance. Specific shipping time will be calculated by using business days, the delays may be caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control. Please kindly note the estimated shipping time is only for general situations and does not apply to certain remote areas.

 

Shipping Times

· We upload our orders every few hours during the day into our internal processing system. An order number will be sent in one email and another email will follow with a tracking number a few hours after the item leaves our facility.
· Emails with tracking information are sent Monday through Friday night from our internal system.
· Shipping times are calculated from the time your package leaves our warehouse. Shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
· Shipping costs are not refundable.
